The Eagle Street Rooftop Farm in Brooklyn is transforming otherwise useless urban space. They are growing herbs, lettuces, greens, carrots, tomatoes, spinach, peppers and are even keeping chickens and bees on the roof of a movie and television production company. This food is being distributed in a CSA format and sold to local restaurants.
